ATHLETICS
Sports for All
At Lighthouse we believe that sports help students develop physical skills, get exercise, make friends, have fun, learn teamwork, learn to play fair, and improve self-esteem.
We are part of the Madison Area Independent School Athletic League (MAISL), a league comprised of other Madison area Parochial and private schools. Their mission is to give students a foundation of understanding of different sports, sportsmanship, benefits of being a team player, and skill development.
Our coaching is staff and volunteers are trained and abide by our school's mission of sportsmanship.
We offer sports for students in grades 5th - 8th and we encourage all students to try at least one sport not only for the physical benefits but also for the social benefits.
